When we do go out to your home or small office for a walk-through, we don't give you a canned estimate that is not negotiable.  We think that's a cold way to approach a customer.

Frankly, we think it's absurd that housecleaning & maid services would do a walk-through, give an estimate, and not offer a competitive price.

Many maid services use advertising slogans like: the "lowest price" and "no pressure" or "no obligation" just to entice you, only to give you a canned estimate in an aggressive demeanor that would make you feel uncomfortable and obligated.  This is a well-known & very unethical marketing tactic that is widely employed in the cleaning industry.  We don't like using these marketing tactics!!!
